Justice for Susan Perkins

September 1st of this year will be five years since I last saw my sister, Susan J. Perkins. She was the victim of a crime in Altamonte Springs, Florida and died on September 1, 2004 of her injuries. The person responsible for her death has YET to be caught. I can not live the rest of my life without looking this person in the eye. I NEED YOUR HELP TO GET JUSTICE FOR SUSAN!!!
